With over two decades of experience in pastoral ministries, I bring a diverse skill set and a wealth of hands-on experience to every role I undertake. My journey has encompassed a wide range of pastoral positions, including youth pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, church planting pastor, executive pastor, outreach pastor, campus pastor, and discipleship pastor. This extensive background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of church ministry and leadership.
In addition to my pastoral roles, I have also been actively involved in church planting and revitalization efforts, having planted four churches and contributed to the revitalization of five others. This experience has honed my ability to navigate the complexities of launching new ministries and breathing fresh life into existing congregations.
Throughout my career, I have embraced a co-vocational approach, balancing ministry responsibilities with work in various industries. This unique perspective has allowed me to gain valuable insights into different sectors and apply diverse skill sets to my pastoral work. Whether starting non-profits, schools, or construction companies, I have approached each endeavor with a spirit of innovation and a commitment to excellence.
